With three kids whose birthdays all fall within weeks of each other, party planning became a regular part of our lives. We found ourselves constantly buying cheap party favors and decorations—most of which ended up in the bin after just one use. As an eco-conscious family, this didn’t sit well with us.

We found ourselves constantly buying cheap party favors and decorations—most of which ended up in the bin after just one use. As an eco-conscious family, this didn’t sit well with us.
In an effort to reduce waste, we began giving personalized T-shirts and tote bags as party favors. The kids loved them—and so did the parents. Not only were they fun and memorable, but they could be used again and again as a lasting reminder of the celebration.
That small change sparked a big idea. We decided to launch Favorly to help other families celebrate in a more thoughtful, sustainable way.
